Our client, who was also the developer for this project, approached Attoe Building Design with an outlined planning approval but required help in making the design a reality. The initial plans required considerable improvement, so working our magic we produced this stunning five bedroom property.

We designed alterations that improved the image and flow of the property and therefore had to re-apply for these changes with Bromleyʼs planning department, which were approved without any issues. Our client has subsequently sold the home and with our detailed construction drawings and improved adjustments, the build was on budget but the sale price exceeded expectations.
